Everything from scheduling my appt to being in Dr. Williams chair was a great experience for me start to finish. The ladies in scheduling kept me informed about scheduling and about my OOP cost. I could not say enough good things about Vanessa and Dr. Williams at the Mt. Juliet office. I was very anxious about having a root canal done, and from the moment Vanessa took me back, they were very comforting and calmed my nervousness. Vanessa and Dr. Williams both explained everything they were going to do before doing it. Dr. Williams explained the whole process to me beforehand, and made the root canal painless with numbing! I initially thought I may need the nitrous but with the comfort and care of Dr. Williams, and Vanessa, I was calm enough to pull through without it! Root canals are not supposed to be fun, but I give my experience at Bluegrass a 10/10! Huge thank you to Dr. Williams, and Vanessa! 🤩

Dr Sandlin, his technician and the reception staff are amazing! Anticipation of a root canal can produce some stress but Dr Sandlin’s technical skills put me at ease throughout the entire procedure.

I had dental work done a year before visiting Bluegrass and it was terrible to say the least. I was so scared to go to the dentist but Bluegrass Endodontics was great from walking into the front to the time I left. I felt no pain and they explained everything from beginning to end. I was also dozing off due in my root canal 😂.

I can’t thank Dr Sandlin enough for all the time he spent educating me. I have an autoimmune disease that causes dry mouth and have a lot of dental problems because of it. I have seen a lot of dentist and even a few Endodontists and I have never had someone teach me as much as he did in my visit with him. Dr Sandlin also does amazing work and the root canal was way easier than expected. The office staff is also amazing. I can’t say enough positive things about the entire team. Thank you for helping me.

The care I received was top notch. Dr Sandlin and his staff were very professional. I’m sure no one likes to have a root canal, but if the need arises this is the place to go. I felt like he addressed all my questions & concerns. I was so comfortable I actually fell asleep during the procedure. I normally don’t do these reviews but I felt compelled to do one this time.

I needed a root canal that had to be done asap for an upcoming surgical procedure . I went in on a Monday and today.. Wednesday.. it’s done! Great staff and doctors. Very clean and beautiful office . Recommend them to anyone.
