Finding out you need to get a "root canal" is not something you want to hear. My dentist referred me to Bluegrass Endodontiics in Hendersonville and I was kind of nervous because "root canals" tend to rank up there as one of the worst experiences ever. However, from the time I walked in to the office...I felt at ease. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Dr VanDusen and Katie are a dynamic duo, they kept me informed on what was happening and tmade sure that I was comfortable during the whole procedure. I got a follow up call the next day to see how I was doing. Besides the minimal pain in my jaw from feeling like a human PEZ dispenser 😉 I never had any pain from my tooth at all. I am so pleased and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services. Thanks to you ALL for an exceptional experience.🤗

I have PTSD from a brain surgery with conscious sedation, so the noise from the equipment sends me into overdrive! I didn’t think I’d be able to have this much needed root canal procedure done. Dr. Williams gave me all of my options. He went above and being to keep the sounds from the equipment down to bare minimum. And he would warn me beforehand whenever he was about to use the equipment! He took the time to explain what his job was and what my primary dentist would complete. He is an amazing man!! Behind every great leader is the dedicated and knowledgeable support staff! From the front to the back, these ladies are wonderful! I would recommend anyone to Bluegrass Orthodontics!

Everything from scheduling my appt to being in Dr. Williams chair was a great experience for me start to finish. The ladies in scheduling kept me informed about scheduling and about my OOP cost. I could not say enough good things about Vanessa and Dr. Williams at the Mt. Juliet office. I was very anxious about having a root canal done, and from the moment Vanessa took me back, they were very comforting and calmed my nervousness. Vanessa and Dr. Williams both explained everything they were going to do before doing it. Dr. Williams explained the whole process to me beforehand, and made the root canal painless with numbing! I initially thought I may need the nitrous but with the comfort and care of Dr. Williams, and Vanessa, I was calm enough to pull through without it! Root canals are not supposed to be fun, but I give my experience at Bluegrass a 10/10! Huge thank you to Dr. Williams, and Vanessa! 🤩
