Meet Yvonne C. Garitty, DMD, MSD

Dr. Yvonne C. Garitty is a board-certified endodontist dedicated to saving natural teeth and helping patients find relief from dental pain. She is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care and strives to ensure every patient feels comfortable, informed, and confident throughout treatment.

Raised in a military family, Dr. Garitty’s journey eventually brought her to Georgia, where she earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia. She then received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree and completed a General Practice Residency at the Dental College of Georgia before practicing comprehensive dentistry in North Georgia.

Inspired by a passion for treating dental infections and helping patients in pain, Dr. Garitty pursued advanced specialty training in Endodontics at Louisiana State University School of Dentistry, where she earned her Master of Science in Dentistry and completed her endodontic residency.

Dr. Garitty utilizes advanced diagnostic technology, including CBCT imaging, and remains committed to staying current with the latest advancements in endodontics. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics and an active member of the American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, Tennessee Dental Association, and Nashville Dental Association.

Outside the office, Dr. Garitty enjoys spending time with her husband, Tommy, and their family, as well as traveling and exploring new destinations.
