Great staff! From the moment you walk in, everyone is professional, positive, helpful, and never make you feel like a "file number"! Dr VanDusen is outstanding!!! The staff called the next day after my root canal checking on me along with a call from Dr VanDusen as well checking on things! As medical procedures go, sometimes unique issues surface at no fault of anyone.... the greatest example of how great this practice & Dr VanDusen are... they have communicated every step and options to correct and successfully treat any/all unique issues! Everyone here is truly concerned with everything about your health, procedures, and comfort. Never once during procedure did I experience pain. Several times during the procedure Dr VanDusen checks to insure comfort as well as explain any/all findings, status, and next steps! No one wants to choose a root canal.... but if you need or think you need one... this office, staff, and Dr VanDusen are the best!!! Above is from visit one year ago. Simply outstanding in every way. 10/12/25 Recently, went back for different issue to Dr VanDusen & as great as he was a year ago, even greater on this visit/ issue! Dr VanDusen is the best of the best in his career! Always a great communicator, incredibly patient when discussing things, truly empathetic about his patients & his team! Always follows up on any & all procedures and always treats you like a friend/family. A genuinely great Endodontist and even greater person! Highly recommend Dr VanDusen and Bluegrass Endodontics!

Just came from getting a hard core root canal. All the staff were amazing. Made me feel safe and secure. Well trained and knowledgeable about anything I asked. I am terrified of the dentist and everyone made me feel at home. Top Notch work done here. The doctor was kind and like talking to someone you have known all your life. He gave me future options and kept everything up front and real. The Dental Assistant was amazing, up beat and great choices in music for getting dental work. Just chill. Thank you. Omg! I can’t say enough good things about my experience at the mt Juliet location!
