Patient charges were discussed clearly before the services were rendered. No surprises. Everyone was very professional. Dr. Williams did an excellent job in explaining everything he was going to do and keep me apprised of how much time was left on my procedure. Dr Williams was wonderful and so was the Mt Juliet staff. Dr Williams explained everything to me - before and after the procedure. I had a dental emergency and they got me in the same day for the procedure. It didn’t hurt at all. Incredibly grateful for their help. I would highly recommend.
