I would highly recommend Bluegrass Endodontics without hesitation. I was in need of my first root canal and I’m very glad that this was the place I was referred to. From making my first appointment to checking on me after the root canal, the staff was very communicative and friendly. Dr. VanDusen was profession, friendly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process, he was always happy to answer any questions I had and always kept me in the loop about what he was doing throughout the procedure, I’m hoping to never need another root canal, but he and Bluegrass will be my go to if I do!

From the time I arrived to the time I left I was treated like I was the only patient there. Great atmosphere, and the procedure was done in under an hour. I will definitely be back! When't to start root canal. Went fine they got me out of pain , 360 $ day later my cap comes off had to reglue it on myself lasted a long time. Finish root canal $ 1287 $ 7 days later cap comes off. .doc called follow up on cap willing to work with me..

I was referred to Bluegrass Endodontics by my general dentist. The office did get me in quickly because I was in pain but was unable to complete my root canal in one appointment. During my first appointment, I overheard a staff member tell Dr Sandlin that they needed the room. He seemed frustrated and said that it would be a good idea to stop and continue at a later date. When I came back I had to wait and again the staff seemed overbooked and rushed. I was referred to as “tooth #14” multiple times! At the end, Dr Sandlin gave the assistant instructions and hurried off.... never speaking directly to me. We waited and waited after my post x-ray but he never came back. The assistant left and came back saying that I was good to go. I don’t feel like I was treated as a real person at either visit. I think Dr Sandlin is a very good specialist but extremely rushed and apparently overbooked.
