Dr. VanDusen was patient, and kind. The entire staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly. Many people get worked up about having dental work done and I’m confident I rank at the top of the list, but these folks are focused on calming your fears, making you comfortable, and giving you the best experience possible under the circumstances. If ever needed again, I know I’m in good hands with this team.

I am terrified of any type of dental work, I had my first visit for a root canal which I was highly nervous about. Dr. Horwart did an amazing job, and the pain of the procedure was very minimal due to what I was expecting. He has great bedside manners and made me feel comfortable throughout!

I was a previous patient who called in this morning with an angry tooth. Bluegrass Endo worked me in at 11:30, and I got an up front honest evaluation of the tooth condition after X-ray and physical examination. Dr Sandlin was realistic and supported my decision to cut my losses. A simple extraction was performed to remove the fractured tooth. Ended my pain in about an hour. Root canal was just not realistic. Thanks Bluegrass Endo and Dr Sandlin!

Everyone was great! I was in a lot of pain and you got me in quickly. I was given an explanation of what was going on with my tooth and what my options were for treatment. From the moment you walk in the office, you're treated as a valued patient not some file. Very professional, positive, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and great communication staff, doctors! They explained everything in advance, welcomed questions, and constantly insured you the patient was doing ok or had questions. Very methodical, never rush, and look for the conservative treatment rather than start with the extreme. Highly recommend Bluegrass Endodontics... outstanding office staff and doctors!!!
