The staff and Dr were great. The Dr walk me through what he was going to do. Then as he was working, he was letting me know what he was doing. Always checking on me to make sure I was ok. Also to take your mind off it theres a TV on the ceiling so you can watch TV. The receptionists were very nice. Told what to take if needed. Walked me through the aftermath if there would be any problems.

Before arriving at the office, I was truly nervous and uncomfortable about the appointment. I found the staff to be friendly and most helpful when I first arrived. Dr. Austin VanDusen is one of the most caring and knowledgeable dentists I have ever met. I was never uncomfortable and Dr. VanDusen explained in detail what his approach was going to be. I felt no pain whatsoever. I highly recommend this office and Dr. VanDusen for whom ever special care is needed.

I am 71 years old and have never in my lifetime entered a doctor’s office where the entire staff was so extremely kind and truly made me feel valued not only as a patient but a human being. Everyone in the office was all so eager to meet my needs even though I was an emergency case at the end of a long week and on Friday the 13th! Dr. Austin explained everything he was doing and did the work superbly! I had pain for at least a month but the day after this root canal I was pain free! I cannot recommend this office to the degree it deserves!
