I just had a root canal done by Dr Williams. My first visit here. From a personal phone call from the office staff to set up the appointment, the pre-visit paperwork online, a real human follow-up reminder the day before to see if I had any questions, a pre-visit cost analysis, and all throughout the actual procedure…. I was amazed at the level of professionalism married with their compassionate concern for my health. I had a totally pain-free procedure. Dr Williams explained everything beforehand, made absolutely sure I was numb, then afterwards went over my post-procedure X-rays and post-op instructions. He even gave me his personal cell in case I need help later. Wow. Go here for your difficult dental procedures.

The staff and Dr were great. The Dr walk me through what he was going to do. Then as he was working, he was letting me know what he was doing. Always checking on me to make sure I was ok. Also to take your mind off it theres a TV on the ceiling so you can watch TV. The receptionists were very nice. Told what to take if needed. Walked me through the aftermath if there would be any problems.

Dr. Austin VanDusen is one of the most caring and knowledgeable dentists I have ever met. I was never uncomfortable and Dr. VanDusen explained in detail what his approach was going to be. I felt no pain whatsoever. I highly recommend this office and Dr. VanDusen for whom ever special care is needed.
