Had no idea i was going to have to get a root canal this morning. Was referred to bluegrass and thry were AWESOME!!! Called me, went over cost before i came, very personal, and procedure was no big deal. Give them an 11 on a 1-10 scale.

Bluegrass Endodontics is a lifesaver!! The staff are extremely friendly, the facility is exceptionally clean, the doc knows what he's doing and does everything possible to get you taken care of. Scheduling an appointment was simple and easy compared to what i've had to experience with other practices just in the last week! You can skip the paperwork and waiting around in a lobby by logging in and completing your forms with their quick online procces. Thank you so much BG Endodontics!

This was my 17th root canal. I have a major phobia of dental care. Everyone was great! Edna clearly explained my financial obligation prior to my appointment. They got me in the very next day. Rita and Dr. H were great! Very kind and compassionate. I had some trouble over the weekend and Dr. H. Called me twice. I would recommend them to anyone needing a root canal. Great team and very reasonable for a specialist. Thanks Bluegrass Endodontics!

Everyone from the front desk ( thanks Mrs. Edna!) to the "chair" was kind and welcoming. There is a casual but professional atmosphere. Rita and Dr. Horwat made sure that I was comfortable and that I knew what to expect during my procedure. It was a nice experience.

My experience here was amazing. Dr. Sandlin and his assistant, Kady, are wonderful (very thorough and efficient). I experienced great customer service in scheduling and was welcomed with warm smiles upon arrival. He was actually tasked with having to "fix someone else's mistake" and I couldn't be more pleased with how well he explained everything and answered all of my questions. No need to look any further! Do yourself/your health a favor and go to Bluegrass!

I was nervous. I've never had to have a root canal before. Dr. Horwat and Rita were great! They were very prompt, kind and supportive. I felt comfortable and relived. First root canal was a breeze, thanks to everyone there. Edna was extremely pleasant too.

As a worsening toothache continued on a Friday afternoon, a call was made to Dr. Sandlin's office, as a new referral requesting to please be worked in for an examination. The office staff quickly assisted, giving clear directions to the office. I waited to be worked in, received excellent care, which required Dr. Sandlin, with assistance from Amy, to work past office hours. The team work was exceptional, providing words of reassurance, a warm blanket for comfort and a treatment plan of care. This team of healthcare providers goes above and beyond to ensure the needs of others are met. As a patient, I am profoundly grateful to be in such expert hands.
