I had some trepidation as this was my first root canal, but that dissipated quickly as Dr. Sandlin and his assistant worked seamlessly together, ensuring the procedure produced positive resuts. Office staff & dental staff were very professional & helpful as I needed extra support due to being involved in a traffic accident late the day before my appointment and also being a new patient referred from my regular dentist. Dr. Horwat was very professional & knowledgeable in his work. It was comforting for him to explain his actions before taking action. I think it's very supportive of Dr. Horwat to release his personal cell number to patients to use if needed. I will not hesitate to refer &/or return myself to Bluegrass Endodontics.

It was a great experience start to finish! The office is lovely and front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. Everyone worked quickly and did not have me waiting for anything. The doctor and his assistant were fantastic. I’m so happy they were able to see me 45 minutes after I called for an emergent visit and relieve my pain!

I was in pain with a tooth that just "went bad" and they got me in for the 1st appointment the next day and completed a root canal very quickly. Dr VanDussen was very nice, made the procedure go quicker with lors of smiles and a great disposituon. Only wish sedation was offered.

Had a root canal "retreated" today. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Other than the numbing shot, the procedure was painless. I recommend this practice to anyone needing a root canal!

VanDusen was very thorough in his examination and found it not necessary for the recommended root canal that we were referred for.
