Dentistry is an extreme anxiety-proving event for me. From the moment I walked in the door at Bluegrass Endodontics , the staff was not only professional but also warm & welcoming. Dr VanDusen put me at ease with a complete explanation of the procedure. (To be honest, nitrous oxide was a team player there too.) Bluegrass Endodontics is the only office this dental phobic would consider.

These folks had sophisticated diagnostic equipment that my regular dentist did not have and were able to quickly identify an usual problem that I had been struggling with for weeks. They did not try to sell me services that I did not need, as it turned out I needed a tooth extraction instead of a root canal, and they referred me to an an oral surgeon. They were able to find an appointment for me very quickly, when it was time for my appointment they took me back with no waiting. In short, these folks have the latest equipment, they were prompt, very courteous and professional in their services, they made a difficult diagnosis quickly, and were very honest in their dealings. A great experience getting answers for a difficult problem.

I have the worst anxiety about any dental work but Bluegrass is such an inviting place. Bluegrass has a nice waiting area and coffee for your those with you, the sweetest staff and tv on the ceilings above the dental chairs for a nice distraction. They also take care credit and insurance.

Such a great experience. I’m actually from another location but was experiencing tooth pain and Bluegrass Endodontics was able to get me in right away! Dr VanDusen was very nice and did a great job of explaining what he was doing as he was performing a root canal on me. The root canal went very smooth and he did an amazing job. Personable and Professional staff! I felt welcome immediately when I walked through the door. Dr. Rick explained the procedure and helped me to feel completely comfortable during my root canal. Had a dental emergency and they took me right in. Very calm and professional and funny. Although there was pain, they were attentive to that and made sure I was as comfortable as I could be with a root canal. By the end of the procedure was laughing. Would highly recommend!
