I had a very friendly and pleasant experience considering I had a root canal. Dr VanDusen talked me through the whole procedure which for me was great it helped me know how far we had come and how much further was left to go. They sent me home with care instructions and the after hours number for the doctor just in case I needed something. With the way the world is today I appreciated that little extra kindness and customer service at a time when I did not even what to be there in the first place. Dr. Horwat was truly one of the greatest doctors / dentist that I’ve ever had. I’ve seen him twice.
