The words ‘root canal’ are enough to strike fear in the hearts of many, me included so I had much dread going into the office. However, the experience at Bluegrass could not have been more pleasant. From the front desk staff to Dr. Tomlinson herself, everyone was warm, engaging and yet professional. I won’t say I’m hoping for another root canal someday, but if I do there is nowhere else I would go. Nowhere.

This was my first visit to Bluegrass Endodontics, and I had Dr. Horwat. He was an amazing dentist, talked to me throughout the procedure, both he and the nurse, Pam, checked on me, asking if I was okay throught the entire visit. They explained my situation very clearly to help me understand what was happening, and he was very gentle with the procedure. This place would be my #1 recommendation for any dental visit, especially root canals. They are awesome!

I truly loved this office and my experience with my first RCT. My doctor was Yvonne Tomlinson and I can’t speak more highly of this woman! She was so thorough and professional. I am a dental assistant who was experiencing some stress about getting the RCT and Dr. Tomlinson and her assistant put me at complete ease and my procedure went fantastic. While making my initial appointment over the phone, I knew this would be a great place! Amber, the receptionist, was sincerely concerned about the issues I was having. During my procedure, Dr. VanDusen was able to successfully apply anesthesia to a tooth that my dentist could not. Dr. VanDusen and Nancy (his assistant) made sure that I was comfortable during my entire visit. I had lovely interactions with the entire staff. EVERYONE was extremely caring, professional, and personable.They have best Endodontic care in middle Tennessee!!!
