My daughter who has disabilities had a root canal done this morning. The staff was wonderful! They were very caring and accommodating to her. The anesthesiologist and her staff were awesome, too.

I was nervous about the pain during/after a root canal. I had zero discomfort throughout the entire process of a root canal and internal bleaching. Dr. Horwat was very confident and thorough during my procedures and follow-up. Thank you to all the staff for making this as easy as I could have possibly imagined.

Dr. Yvonne C. Tomlinson is a very competant, kind and courteous professional. Bluegrass Endodontics is very lucky to have her! I would recommend her a million times over. I don't have the names of the rest of the staff that I interacted with, but each one was very friendly.

My experience with Dr Van Dusen and his assistant Carey at Bluegrass Endodontics was more than an exceptional one. His exceptional skill and his mild and happy conversant manner made my first time route canal a very easy experience. I actually slept a little through the procedure. And I had no nitrous Oxide or any sleep pain aid. He checked with me frequently to make sure I was at an okay level of comfort. This experience was the best experience one could have getting a route canal. And I must add I am a high anxiety very nervous patient in all settings. If I must repeat this service I will be seeing Dr Van Dusen at Bluegrass Endodontics.

Lovely office and very nice and caring staff. They took cake of my son’s issues when no one else could. Made the experience very easy, pain free, and comfortable for my child. Definitely will recommend this office to others.

The staff from the front desk to the back were so very kind. I was super nervous about getting my first root canal but the Dr. was so kind, patient, thorough, diligent, and allowed me to ask as many questions as I’d like. This made me more at peace. As I left I was given a paper with full details for post recovery which was helpful! Along with 2 phone numbers in case of emergency, but he did so well I haven’t needed it. Highly recommend!!!

I was referred by my dentist for a root canal. As with any dental procedure, I was anxious and not excited, but I’m so glad I was sent here over any other place. I read amazing things about Dr. Horwat prior to my visit, and they were telling the truth. He was absolutely amazing, quick, and very personable. He and Katie made me comfortable and it was such a great experience. The women at the front were also kind and super pleasant. Overall, I can’t believe how painless and nice this procedure/experience was!

An incredibly professional staff from the minute you walk in the door. Dr. VanDusen was fantastic! He explained every step as we worked through a root canal, frequently asking if I was okay or needed anything. I felt a sense of genuine care from every staff member! I can’t overemphasize how thoroughly everything in the process was explained. I would highly recommend this practice!
