I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Austen VanDusen and Bluegrass Endodontics. Dr. VanDusen, in addition to his credentials, experience and expertise, has perhaps the most genuine, reassuring and enjoyable patient relation skills of any healthcare provider I've ever visited. In fact, each person I encountered at Bluegrass Endodontics, from Tina who scheduled my appointment to Stephanie who expertly assisted Dr. VanDusen, was caring and friendly as they provided outstanding customer service with a smile. I'm basically a big chicken when it comes to dental procedures. But from now on, when I need to see an endodontist, I will gladly call Tina to schedule an appoint with Dr. VanDusen and I highly recommend that you consider doing the same.

Amazing facility! Everyone was so kind. Dr. Horwat and his lovely assistant Stephanie made sure that I was comfortable. They explained everything that I was going to experience. In and out in no time! For any advanced periodontal procedure, I highly recommend coming to this facilty. They will take care of you!

Very kind and friendly staff from check in, throughout the appointment and to check out. The procedure was explained to me thoroughly by Dr Tomlinson and both she and Katie were very attentive to my needs, checking in regularly to make sure I was ok. Definitely recommend!

Well, like most think “root canal” means pain and just the sound of its name is intimidating. Well I’m here to tell you “not so”. My experience here at Bluegrass was the absolute best. I was in severe pain due to an assessed tooth. Dr Horwat performed not only one but two root canals on me. Very detailed info on all he was doing and procedure went flawless as he described. Staff was Excellent! Everyone followed up with me and my progress and made themselves available for any concerns or problems that could arise. If you wish to have quality treatment from a quality concerned staff choose Bluegrass Endodontics. Because of such care and service I will choose No Other Thanks Dr. Horwat and Staff

I just had a root canal plus post and buildup plus crown lengthening with Dr. Tomlinson, and it was all very easy. The extent to which I had to open my mouth was less than it was in a previous root canal elsewhere, so it was much more comfortable. The numbing was done with only about one and a half noticeable pinches, and there was no pain during the procedure. She answered all my questions very thoroughly, and was very solicitous of my comfort during the procedure. I highly recommend her.

I needed a root canal on short notice, and Bluegrass gave me an appointment within my time frame. Dr. Horwat and staff were very reassuring -- I was plenty nervous going into this. Pain control was not a problem and a week later I feel so much better.
