We would highly recommend Bluegrass Endodontics for anyone needing specialized dental care at any age. Dr Austin VanDusen and assistant Stephanie worked well with my 11 year old daughter to ensure she was comfortable during the whole procedure. The front desk personnel are also very welcoming. I am very pleased that we chose Bluegrass Endodontics and feel as if you would be too!

Very pleased with the team at Bluegrass Endodontics in Mt Juliet. I was well cared for from beginning to end. Great team with Dr Horwat at the helm for my procedure. Everything was explained thoroughly with plenty of opportunity for my questions. Professional expertise delivered with care and attention to details all earn my vote. Highly recommend.

My visit at Bluegrass Endodontics was great. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Dr. Sandlin took the time to answer all my questions. His assistant was wonderful also. Both Dr. VanDusen & Stephanie were so wonderful. Stephanie created such a welcoming environment, & made me laugh in the the first five minutes. Dr. VanDusen was also extremely kind, kept me updated on each step, reminded me to breath deeply, & continued to ask how I was doing. Ashley at the front desk was also very kind & helpful. I was dreading this root canal, & these three staff people made everything so much easier than I believed this procedure could be. Highly recommend these three graceful professionals.

Typically having a root canal is not something I'd write about since I have not had the best experiences in the past . Today changed all that. I saw Dr. Horwat who is very kind, compassionate, gentle, and witty. He is extremely skilled and knowledgeable and I appreciated that he explained every last detail to me. He numbed me up pretty well and I felt no pain during the procedure. You can tell he really cares for his patients and does everything he can to make sure you are comfortable and informed. I highly recommend Dr. Horwat and his staff. Everyone there was so friendly. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

I am so impressed with this entire office! I had to have 2 emergency root canals, and not only did they fit me into the schedule this week, they made it literally painless. Dr. VanDusen and Stephanie did an incredible job. I dread seeing the dentist/endodontist and this was the most relaxed visit I have ever had! Thank you for making this a great experience. I highly recommend Bluegrass Endodontics!

Rudest front desk people I've ever dealt with. I asked for a procedure not to be done, and it was done anyways without my consent. Then they wanted to charge me more for not even finishing the procedure I originally came in for. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. These people are money hungry and will charge you for anything and everything you don't want done!

I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Austen VanDusen and Bluegrass Endodontics. Dr. VanDusen, in addition to his credentials, experience and expertise, has perhaps the most genuine, reassuring and enjoyable patient relation skills of any healthcare provider I've ever visited. In fact, each person I encountered at Bluegrass Endodontics, from Tina who scheduled my appointment to Stephanie who expertly assisted Dr. VanDusen, was caring and friendly as they provided outstanding customer service with a smile. I'm basically a big chicken when it comes to dental procedures. But from now on, when I need to see an endodontist, I will gladly call Tina to schedule an appoint with Dr. VanDusen and I highly recommend that you consider doing the same.

Well, like most think “root canal” means pain and just the sound of its name is intimidating. Well I’m here to tell you “not so”. My experience here at Bluegrass was the absolute best. I was in severe pain due to an assessed tooth. Dr Horwat performed not only one but two root canals on me. Very detailed info on all he was doing and procedure went flawless as he described. Staff was Excellent! Everyone followed up with me and my progress and made themselves available for any concerns or problems that could arise. If you wish to have quality treatment from a quality concerned staff choose Bluegrass Endodontics. Because of such care and service I will choose No Other Thanks Dr. Horwat and Staff
