Bluegrass Endodontics is a life saver and life changer!!! After getting the run around from several dental facilities, I had become very frustrated as well as agitated. As I sat in my car from another delayed response for some urgent dental care, the Holy Spirit told me to get a second opinion. So I contacted Bluegrass Endodontics and spoke with Christina and she was so professional and attentive to my needs that she made me an appointment for a consultation. She just eased my anxiety and tension and just made me feel better. Upon arrival to my appointment another angel was sitting at the front desk. Jess was so kind and friendly and she assured me that I was in the right place and that they would be able to take care of me. After only a very few minutes of waiting, I was called back to “meet the man!” Dr. Braxton R. Williams is phenomenal. He is a man of character, integrity, and a man of his word! He said he could do what others said they could not and within a week he performed the first root canal that I have ever experienced. He was precise, accurate, and smooth! I felt no pain, no discomfort, and no issues afterwards! People could not believe that I had such a procedure on the same day I was doing other activities of daily living! I will and I have recommended Dr Williams and Bluegrass Endodontics to everyone I know and don’t know!!! My wife is planning on scheduling a date to see Dr. Williams as well!!! I just want everyone to know that if you have any dental needs or concerns, go to Bluegrass Endodontics asap! They are the bomb y’all! For real!!!

Robin forced me to schedule an appt. to get an estimate of charges and then I cancelled the appt. and Robin tried to say we had to pay $150.00 before we could schedule another appt. for my son. I was never told of the 24 hour cancellation policy. I will tell my referring dentist how unprofessional Robin was, I hope she is nicer to the other patients. I do think the Dr.s here are good, just wanted to share my experience with Robin in the front office. I hope she sees this and improves her customer care.

I was experiencing some of the most horrible pain I’ve ever had in my 40 years of life. And desperate to get a root canal. I called them around 8:30 in the morning and Ms. Tina was an angel and was able to get me in that same afternoon for an emergency case. Dr. Tomlinson was great, she took the time to explain to me everything she was going to do, she didn’t rush through and was very thorough in taking of me and my tooth. Their entire staff were pleasant, knowledgeable and were not dismissive of what I was experiencing. Highly recommend this team.

This is the most amazing place I’ve been to. The staff were amazing. I was so scared about my root canal today but they made me feel right at home. I had to go to the bathroom in the middle of it and they immediately stopped and let me go. Got right back to it. NO PAIN. That’s what I was worried about because I haven’t had good experiences with other places. THIS PLACE ROCKS. They gave me a 10$ Starbucks gift card because my root canal was rescheduled … 10/10 service. The doctor himself was amazing and kind. They gave me a fuzzy blanket and thoroughly explained EVERYTHING to me even as they were doing it. Constantly checking on how I was doing. I HIGHLYYYYY recommend!!!!!!!
